고혈압%혈위첩부요법
目的：观察中药穴位贴敷对原发性高血压的临床疗效。方法将符合纳入标准的96例原发性高血压患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，均予西医降压治疗，治疗组加用中药（栀子、桃仁、杏仁、胡椒）贴敷（涌泉、内关、大椎、神门）等穴位，对照组单用西药降压，疗程4周，通过血压监测进行疗效观察。结果治疗组降压效果优于对照组。结论中药穴位敷贴治疗原发性高血压，若穴位精准、膏体剂量及稀稠度适中，则疗效切实安全，有较大的发展空间。

목적：관찰중약혈위첩부대원발성고혈압적림상료효。방법장부합납입표준적96례원발성고혈압환자수궤분위치료조화대조조，균여서의강압치료，치료조가용중약（치자、도인、행인、호초）첩부（용천、내관、대추、신문）등혈위，대조조단용서약강압，료정4주，통과혈압감측진행료효관찰。결과치료조강압효과우우대조조。결론중약혈위부첩치료원발성고혈압，약혈위정준、고체제량급희주도괄중，칙료효절실안전，유교대적발전공간。
Objective to observe the traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture points were applied to the clinical curative effect of primary hypertension. Method wil be included in the standard of 96 patients with essential hypertension were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, both the western medicine treatment, the treatment group used traditional Chinese medicine (gardenia, walnut meat, almond, pepper) were applied (yongquan, neiguan, dazhui, shenmen) points, such as the control group of western medicine alone step-down, course of 4 weeks, through the clinical observation on blood pressure monitoring. Results the effect of antihypertensive treatment group is better than the control group,. Conclusion Chinese medicine acupoint sticking therapy of primary hypertension, if acupuncture point precision, paste dosage, and dilute medium consistency, the effect of real security, have larger development space.
