目的：观察改良式子宫切除术的临床效果。方法对100例子宫肌瘤、子宫肌腺症、子宫内膜息肉，功能性子宫出血，卵巢肿瘤需行子宫切除的患者分别采用了改良式子宫切除术和传统筋膜外子宫切除进行临床效果观。结果本改良式子宫切除术操作简便，出血少，时间短，损伤少，恢复快，住院短，费用少，切口美观，性生活无影响，体力劳动无障碍。结论改良式子宫切除术有较好的临床运用价值。
목적：관찰개량식자궁절제술적림상효과。방법대100례자궁기류、자궁기선증、자궁내막식육，공능성자궁출혈，란소종류수행자궁절제적환자분별채용료개량식자궁절제술화전통근막외자궁절제진행림상효과관。결과본개량식자궁절제술조작간편，출혈소，시간단，손상소，회복쾌，주원단，비용소，절구미관，성생활무영향，체력노동무장애。결론개량식자궁절제술유교호적림상운용개치。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of modified hysterectomy. .Methods The patients (total 100cases, including uterine fibroids, adenomyosis , endometrial polyps, dysfunctional uterine bleeding, ovarian cancer who required hysterectomy) were randomly treated with the modified hysterectomy or the traditional hysterectomy, the clinical efficacy were evaluated. Results Compared to traditional hysterectomy, the modified hysterectomy is more convenience, less bleeding, shorter, less damage, faster recovery, shorter inpatient, less expenses, more beautiful cut, has no side affect of sexual life and physical labor. Conclusion Modified hysterectomy has better clinical application value.
