以核酸（RN A ）序列为载体，提出了一种基于RN A二级结构的信息隐藏方案。该方案把编码为RNA序列的明文嵌入到参考RNA序列，以自由能作为约束条件，通过预测软件RNAstructure获取位置信息，接收方接收到参考序列和位置信息后，通过约定的软件和条件恢复出秘密信息。仿真结果表明该方案具有较好的安全性和稳健性，可用于秘密信息的隐写通信。
以覈痠（RN A ）序列為載體，提齣瞭一種基于RN A二級結構的信息隱藏方案。該方案把編碼為RNA序列的明文嵌入到參攷RNA序列，以自由能作為約束條件，通過預測軟件RNAstructure穫取位置信息，接收方接收到參攷序列和位置信息後，通過約定的軟件和條件恢複齣祕密信息。倣真結果錶明該方案具有較好的安全性和穩健性，可用于祕密信息的隱寫通信。

Using nucleotide as medium,a new method for data hiding in secondary structure of RNA was proposed to protect the security of secret messages.Firstly the secret message was encoded into a RNA se-quence,which was then embedded in reference RNA sequence.With the free energy as constraint condi-tion,the position information could be got by prediction software RNA structure.After receiving the refer-ence sequence and position information,the intended recipient recovered the secret information through prediction software and constraint restoration.The simulation results showed that the data hiding scheme had high stability and security.It could be used in secret communication.
