[目的]探讨连建伟教授诊治妇科杂病之经验。[方法]收集近年连建伟教授有关不孕，月经不调等妇科医案427例，并汇总其中有代表性医案，探讨连教授的诊治特色。[结果]连建伟教授运用四诊辨证加减组方，针对妇女虚、寒、瘀体质引起的不孕，月经不调等疾病，灵活诊治，扶正祛邪，达到满意的疗效。[结论]连建伟教授使用古代妇科方药可有效治疗现代妇科问题，具有较好的临床实践及教学意义。
[목적]탐토련건위교수진치부과잡병지경험。[방법]수집근년련건위교수유관불잉，월경불조등부과의안427례，병회총기중유대표성의안，탐토련교수적진치특색。[결과]련건위교수운용사진변증가감조방，침대부녀허、한、어체질인기적불잉，월경불조등질병，령활진치，부정거사，체도만의적료효。[결론]련건위교수사용고대부과방약가유효치료현대부과문제，구유교호적림상실천급교학의의。
[Objective] To study the Professor Lian Jian Wei experience of miscellaneous gynecological diseases and create active thinking in practice field. [Methods]To accumulate the Professor Lian Jian Wei experience on miscellaneous gynecological diseases from 2005 to 2012 and summarize useful cases. [Result]Select effective cases of miscellaneous gynecological diseases as sample and analyse each useful case on how to treat. [Conclusion]It is effective of ancient formula that can treat modern miscellaneous gynecological diseases for practice and education.
