[目的]探讨仲景桂枝类方治疗常见皮肤疾病的经验，以期指导临床实践。[方法]通过检索和分析仲景桂枝类方治疗皮肤疾病的临床研究文献，对常见皮肤疾病的治疗效果作出总结。[结果]桂枝麻黄各半汤治疗荨麻疹、皮肤瘙痒症等过敏性疾病，以及当归四逆汤治疗冻疮等疾病，在临床应用中具有显著疗效。[结论]通过学习桂枝麻黄各半汤、当归四逆汤的临床应用，从中得到启发：仲景桂枝类方治疗一些皮肤病具有良好的临床效果，当深入学习仲景方。
[목적]탐토중경계지류방치료상견피부질병적경험，이기지도림상실천。[방법]통과검색화분석중경계지류방치료피부질병적림상연구문헌，대상견피부질병적치료효과작출총결。[결과]계지마황각반탕치료담마진、피부소양증등과민성질병，이급당귀사역탕치료동창등질병，재림상응용중구유현저료효。[결론]통과학습계지마황각반탕、당귀사역탕적림상응용，종중득도계발：중경계지류방치료일사피부병구유량호적림상효과，당심입학습중경방。
[Objective] Investigate Guizhi Decoction by Zhang Zhongjing's experience in the treatment of common skin diseases, in order to guide the clinical practice. [Method] By the retrieval and analysis of Zhongjing Guizhi Decoction in treating skin disease clinical research literature, it summarizes the common skin disease treatment. [Results] Zhongjing Guizhi Decoction as Guizhi Mahuang each half in treatment of chronic urticaria, skin itching and other al ergic diseases, and Angelica four inverse Decoction in treating frostbite and other diseases, have obvious curative effect on the clinical application. [Conclusion] The clinical application study of Guizhi Mahuang each half, angelica four inverse soup, derive inspiration: Zhongjing Guizhi class decoction has good clinical effect on some skin diseases, we shal have thorough study of Zhong Jingfang.
