针对目前选矿技术专业人才培养中的突出问题，以先进职业教育理论为指导，通过广泛的行业、企业和院校调研，构建了基于选矿技术工作过程的课程体系并进行了项目化的课程设计；结合初学者的认知规律，采用项目化教学模式并设计了“做-学-做”型的人才培养模式；通过人才培养质量保障体系的构建，确保选矿技术专业高技能人才培养的质量。

This essay was based on the current outstanding problems in Mineral Processing and advanced vocational education theory, through a wide range of research in industries, enterprises and institutions, it aimed to build a system based on mineral processing issues and working process of the course design project;combined with cognitive rules for beginners, using project based teaching model and design a training model "do-learn-do" type; constructed by personnel training quality assurance system to ensure the quality of mineral processing technology professionals highly skilled talent training.
