新媒体视域下的高校组织、关系网络和空间环境是大学生个人信息保护的主要结构。文章指出应在个人信息保护法律原则指导下通过规范高校组织的信息收集与利用，增强关系网络的个人信息保护意识，完善高校大学生公私空间的划分，建立和完善“三位一体”的高校大学生个人信息保护机制。

Organization , networks and space environment are the major structures of college students ’ personal information in the sight of new media .In this thesis It was pointed that it is necessary to build the protecting man-agement institution in the college students ’ organization , network and space environment according to the law prin-ciple of personal information protection act , such as standardized college organization ’ s information collecting and using , enhanced protecting awareness of personal information in the networks and improved the division of public and private area .Those activities will improve the protecting system of students ’ personal information in the university .
