针对红外光电系统出现的由高压气体旋转密封导致的漏气问题,根据车氏密封原理对旋转密封结构进行改进设计,实现了在高速转动下高压气体的无油润滑旋转密封。经过一系列试验及应用证明,该结构在可靠性、环境适应性上均满足相关要求,满足实际应用需要。

According to the theory of Che ’ s seal, the rotary sealing device is improved to solve the problem of leakage in the high pressure gas device of infrared opto-electronic system .The sealed perform-ance of the mechanism is nice in high pressure and high rotary seals without oil lubrication .A series of tests show that the mechanism meets the requirements of reliability and environmental adaptability , and can satisfy the engineering application .
