目的：探讨护理延伸服务对慢性胃炎患者遵医行为及再住院率的影响。方法将120例出院慢性胃炎患者随机分为实验组和对照组，每组各60例，两组患者在住院期间及出院时均给予常规健康教育，实验组在此基础上出院后给予护理延伸服务。1年后观察两组患者再住院率及遵医行为情况。结果1年后两组患者遵医行为及再住院率比较，实验组患者遵医行为明显优于对照组，再住院率明显低于对照组（均P＜0.05）。结论在慢性胃炎患者出院后实施护理延伸服务，能提高患者遵医行为，降低患者再住院率。
목적：탐토호리연신복무대만성위염환자준의행위급재주원솔적영향。방법장120례출원만성위염환자수궤분위실험조화대조조，매조각60례，량조환자재주원기간급출원시균급여상규건강교육，실험조재차기출상출원후급여호리연신복무。1년후관찰량조환자재주원솔급준의행위정황。결과1년후량조환자준의행위급재주원솔비교，실험조환자준의행위명현우우대조조，재주원솔명현저우대조조（균P＜0.05）。결론재만성위염환자출원후실시호리연신복무，능제고환자준의행위，강저환자재주원솔。
Objective To explore the effect of nursing-extended service on the compliance behaviors and the rate of readmission in patients with chronic gastritis.Methods One hundred and twenty patients with chronic gastritis were equally divided into the experiment group and the control group randomly:the two groups during hospitalization and at discharge were both given the routine health education.The nursing-extended service was given to the experiment group after discharging.The readmission rate and the compliance behaviors were observed from the two groups for one year after discharge.Result In terms of compliance behaviors and the rate of readmission,the experiment group was superior to the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The nursing-extended service can improve the compliance behaviors and reduce the rate of readmission of discharged patients with chronic gastritis.
