目的:观察锌指转录因子(Snail)和上皮性钙粘附蛋白E-cadherin在结直肠癌组织中的表达情况,并探讨两者关系及意义。方法采用免疫组织化学PV9000法检测50例结直肠癌患者手术切除的肿瘤组织及20例癌旁正常结直肠组织中Snail,E-cadherin蛋白的表达。结果结直肠癌组织中Snail的阳性表达率明显高于癌旁正常结直肠组织(P<0.05),而结直肠癌组织中E-cadherin的阳性表达率显著低于癌旁正常结直肠组织(P<0.05);Snail和E-cad在结直肠癌组织中的表达均与癌组织的分化程度、浸润深度、临床分期、是否有淋巴结转移及远处器官转移密切相关(P<0.05);在结直肠癌组织中Snail与E-cadherin的表达呈负相关(P<0.05)。结论Snail和E-cadherin的异常表达与结直肠癌的发生、发展及侵袭转移密切相关,联合检测两种蛋白对于结直肠癌的早期诊断及预后判断有重要意义。

목적:관찰자지전록인자(Snail)화상피성개점부단백E-cadherin재결직장암조직중적표체정황,병탐토량자관계급의의。방법채용면역조직화학PV9000법검측50례결직장암환자수술절제적종류조직급20례암방정상결직장조직중Snail,E-cadherin단백적표체。결과결직장암조직중Snail적양성표체솔명현고우암방정상결직장조직(P<0.05),이결직장암조직중E-cadherin적양성표체솔현저저우암방정상결직장조직(P<0.05);Snail화E-cad재결직장암조직중적표체균여암조직적분화정도、침윤심도、림상분기、시부유림파결전이급원처기관전이밀절상관(P<0.05);재결직장암조직중Snail여E-cadherin적표체정부상관(P<0.05)。결론Snail화E-cadherin적이상표체여결직장암적발생、발전급침습전이밀절상관,연합검측량충단백대우결직장암적조기진단급예후판단유중요의의。
Objective To study the expression of Snail and E-cad protein in colorectal cancer,and to explore the relationship and significance between them .Methods The expression of Snail and E-cadherin protein was detected by using immunohistochemical PV9000 metheod in cases of surgical removal of the colorectal cancer tissue and cases of para -cancerous normal gastric tissue .Results The positive rate of Snail immunostaining in colorectal cancer was higher than that in adjacent normal colorectal tissue (P<0.05),and the posi-tive rate of E-cadherin immunostaining in colorectal cancer was lower than that in adjacent normal colorectal tissue (P<0.05).The expres-sion of Snail and E-cadherin in colorectal cancer tissue was closely related with the depth of tumor invasion ,differentiatial degree,clinical stage,lymph node metastases and distant metastases (P<0.05).There was negative correction between the expression of Snail and E-cadher-in protein in colorectal cancer (P<0.05).Conclusion The abnormal expressions of Snail and E-cadherin are closely related to the occur-rence,development,invasion and metastasis of colorectal cancer .Co-detection of Snail and E-cadherin has significant effect on early diagnosis and prognosis of colorectal cancer .
