目的：通过检测慢性乙型肝炎（CHB）患者外周血浆白细胞介素（IL）17浓度来探讨其临床意义。方法用酶联免疫吸附测定法（ELISA）检测26例CHB患者、8例慢加急性肝衰竭（ACLF）患者及12例健康对照（HC）者血浆中IL-17浓度，分析IL-17浓度与HBV DNA载量、谷丙转氨酶（ALT）、凝血酶原活动度（PTA）水平间的相关性。结果CHB患者和ACLF患者血浆IL-17浓度分别为（167．80±52．84）ng/L和（182．50±61．44）ng/L，均低于HC者（259．80±101．20）ng/L。 CHB患者IL-17浓度与PTA呈负相关（r＝-0．5701，P＝0．0062），与ALT呈正相关（r＝0．6079，P＝0．0058）；ACLF患者IL-17浓度与HBV DNA水平呈负相关（r＝-0．8403，P＝0．0269）。结论CHB患者IL-17浓度与肝脏损伤严重程度具一定相关性，可作为判断CHB患者肝脏损伤程度的重要指标。
목적：통과검측만성을형간염（CHB）환자외주혈장백세포개소（IL）17농도래탐토기림상의의。방법용매련면역흡부측정법（ELISA）검측26례CHB환자、8례만가급성간쇠갈（ACLF）환자급12례건강대조（HC）자혈장중IL-17농도，분석IL-17농도여HBV DNA재량、곡병전안매（ALT）、응혈매원활동도（PTA）수평간적상관성。결과CHB환자화ACLF환자혈장IL-17농도분별위（167．80±52．84）ng/L화（182．50±61．44）ng/L，균저우HC자（259．80±101．20）ng/L。 CHB환자IL-17농도여PTA정부상관（r＝-0．5701，P＝0．0062），여ALT정정상관（r＝0．6079，P＝0．0058）；ACLF환자IL-17농도여HBV DNA수평정부상관（r＝-0．8403，P＝0．0269）。결론CHB환자IL-17농도여간장손상엄중정도구일정상관성，가작위판단CHB환자간장손상정도적중요지표。
Objective Through the detection of peripheral blood of patients with chronic hepatitis B (CHB) plasma concentration of interleukin-17(IL-17) to explore its clinical significance.Methods Enzyme-linked immunosor-bent assay(ELISA) method was used to detect plasma concentration of IL-17 about 26 patients with CHB,8 patients with acute-on-chronic liver failure(ACLF),and 12 cases of healthy controls(HC),and analyse the correlation among concen-tration of IL-17 and HBV DNA loads,cereal third transaminase (ALT),prothrombin activity (PTA).Results Plasma concentration of IL-17 patients with CHB patients and ACLF were (167.80 ±52.84)ng/L and (182.50 ±61.44)ng/L respectively,and it was lower than that of HC (259.80 ±101.20)ng/L.IL-17 concentration was negatively related to the PTA in CHB patients(r=0.5701,P=0.0062),and ALT were positively correlated (r=0.6079,P=0.0058).IL-17 concentration and HBV DNA level in ACLF patients were negative correlation (r=0.8403,P=0.0269).Conclusion Plasma concentration of interleukin-17(IL-17) is a certain correlation with severity of liver damage ,and it can be used as the important indicator of liver damage degree for CHB patients .
