目的：通过检测幼年特发性关节炎（JIA）患者血清中的抗突变型瓜氨酸波形蛋白（MCV）抗体，分析抗MCV抗体与JIA临床表现的关系。方法采用酶联免疫吸附试验（ELISA）检测87例JIA患者和55例非JIA患者的抗MCV抗体，并记录JIA患者的临床指标，分析抗MCV抗体与临床指标的关系。结果在JIA患者中抗MCV抗体的敏感性和特异性分别为44．8％和98．2％，抗MCV抗体阳性组患者肿胀关节数、压痛关节数和X线关节受累数均明显高于抗MCV抗体阴性组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0．05）。结论抗MCV抗体与JIA患者关节受累程度、骨关节侵蚀破坏有关。

Objective To detect anti-mutated citrullinated vimentin(MCV) antibody in patients with juven-ile idiopathic arthritis(JIA),to evaluate the correlation between anti-MCV antibody and clinical manifestations of JIA. Methods Anti-MCV antibody was detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assays (ELISA) in the serum of 87 JIA patients and 30 patients with other rheumatic diseases and 25 healthy children.The relevance between anti-MCV anti-bodv and clinical characteristics data was analyzed statistically .Results Anti-MCV antibody had a sensitivity of 44.8%and a specificity of 98.2%in JIA patients.The swollen joint counts,tender joint counts and the number of X-ray involve-ment were significantly higher in anti-MCV positive patients than the anti-MCV negative group(P<0.05).Conclusion Our data suggest that anti-MCV antibody may be correlated with bone erosion in JIA .
