气流谐振发电机具有结构简单、成本低、安全、可靠、可在高速长时间飞行弹药中使用等突出优点,但是气流谐振磁电发电机体积大且会产生交变磁场,而气流谐振压电发电机工艺一直不过关。为此,提出焊接环形压电振子,将胶粘接改为焊接,陶瓷片由圆形改为环形。实验室吹风试验表明:该发电机解决了陶瓷片破碎与脱落问题,可以满足高风速下长时间工作的要求。
氣流諧振髮電機具有結構簡單、成本低、安全、可靠、可在高速長時間飛行彈藥中使用等突齣優點,但是氣流諧振磁電髮電機體積大且會產生交變磁場,而氣流諧振壓電髮電機工藝一直不過關。為此,提齣銲接環形壓電振子,將膠粘接改為銲接,陶瓷片由圓形改為環形。實驗室吹風試驗錶明:該髮電機解決瞭陶瓷片破碎與脫落問題,可以滿足高風速下長時間工作的要求。

Air driven fluidic resonance generator has the advantages of simple structure,low cost,safe and reli-able,and can be used in high speed ammunition.But air resonance magnetic generator could produce alternation magnetic field,the production of air driven fluidic resonance piezoelectric generator was still under standard.A soldered ring type piezoelectric vibrator was proposed in this paper.the glue adhesion was changed into solde-ring,a ceramic ring replaced round ceramic sheet.Blowing test in lab indicated that the break and falling prob-lem of ceramic sheet was solved,which could exit the long operation under high wind speed.
