针对目前一些微机电安全和解除保险装置中所采用的 W型弹簧离心保险装置,其尺寸较大、结构复杂等缺点,设计了杆状弹簧质量块微机电系统离心保险装置。该装置由成对布置的杆状弹簧质量块构成,杆状弹簧采用镍为材料,准 LIGA技术制造,一端为带卡销的方形质量块,另一端为弯角卡头,挤入基板的缝隙内,形成卡销锁住隔爆滑块的初始状态。在离心力作用下质量块弯曲弹簧释放隔爆滑块。仿真表明,该装置跌落和振动时不会打开,在弹丸转速36 r/s以上解除保险,高转速和跌落时不会损坏。该装置结构简单,占用空间较小,利于加工。
針對目前一些微機電安全和解除保險裝置中所採用的 W型彈簧離心保險裝置,其呎吋較大、結構複雜等缺點,設計瞭桿狀彈簧質量塊微機電繫統離心保險裝置。該裝置由成對佈置的桿狀彈簧質量塊構成,桿狀彈簧採用鎳為材料,準 LIGA技術製造,一耑為帶卡銷的方形質量塊,另一耑為彎角卡頭,擠入基闆的縫隙內,形成卡銷鎖住隔爆滑塊的初始狀態。在離心力作用下質量塊彎麯彈簧釋放隔爆滑塊。倣真錶明,該裝置跌落和振動時不會打開,在彈汍轉速36 r/s以上解除保險,高轉速和跌落時不會損壞。該裝置結構簡單,佔用空間較小,利于加工。

Due to the fact that some centrifugal safety device of the MEMS S&A is based on W-shaped spring, which has shortages of larger size,complex structure and so on,we carried out a MEMS centrifugal safety de-vice based on rod spring with mass block.This device consists of couple rod spring with mass block,and the rod spring with mass block is made of nickel with the manufacturing technique of UV-LIGA.One end of the rod spring is cube mass with bayonet lock and another is curve clip squashing into gap of the substrate to form the initial state of the locking to explosion interrupter by bayonet lock.Under centrifugal force,the mass block would strain the spring to release the explosion interrupter.The simulation showed that the device would not be open and damaged by falling and vibration,and it would be armed when the rotate speed of proj ectile was over 3 6 r/s.This device is of simple structure,less volume and facilitates processing.
