迷宫螺旋密封在解决高温、高压、易燃、易爆、腐蚀、含颗粒介质等苛刻条件下的密封问题具有独特优势。介绍了常用矩形、梯形、三角形螺旋槽形状迷宫螺旋密封的结构及原理。结合某型磁力搅拌器的实际工况,选择三角形迷宫螺旋组合密封对其原有水压密封进行改进及试验。试验结果表明:改进后的密封装置具有良好的密封效果,且不受外部供水环境影响,可节省水源,对使用环境适应性好,推广应用范围广阔。

The labyrinth screw seal structure would have its unique advantages to solve the harsh operation conditions,such as sealing problems under high temperature,high pressure,flammable, explosive,corrosion and particle medium.The certain of the labyrinth screw seal is introduced,and its structure with the triangular-shaped thread,the rectangle-shaped thread and the ladder-shaped thread are proposed.The rectangle-shaped labyrinth screw combined seal was selected to improve the water pressure seal of the magnetic agitator considering its actual working condition,the ex-periment verified its better seal performance.
