为认识集沙仪腔内的速度场与压强场的变化规律,以及改进野外集沙仪和防沙工程措施提供依据,本文针对兰新铁路沿线布置的普通无排气孔集沙仪和改进后的有排气孔的全风向梯度集沙仪,采用CFX数值分析程序对全风向梯度集沙仪腔内的流场(速度场、压强场)特性要素和集沙效率进行数值计算与分析,结果表明:有排气孔的集沙仪的集沙效率远大于无排气孔的集沙仪的集沙效率,改进后的全风向梯度集沙仪在不同风速下集沙率均在90%以上。

In order to find out the variation rules of velocity and pressure field of the sand trap cavity and provide a reference for the improvement of field sand trap and sand engineering measures, this paper uses the method of CFX numerical analysis to simulate the flow field's (velocity field and pressure field) characteristics elements and collection efficiency of the full wind gradient sand trap used in the non-vent sand trip and the full wind gradient of vent sand trip of Lanzhou-Xinjiang railway. The result obtained is that collector efficiency of the vent sand trap is much larger than the non-vent sand trap's, the efficiency of full wind gradient sand trap at different wind speeds is above 90%.
