以多晶硅副产物四氯化硅为原料,氨水为中和剂,十二烷基苯磺酸钠等为表面活性剂,在醇-水体系中制备沉淀白炭黑,研究了醇水比、氨水用量、表面活性剂的种类、SiCl4滴加速率、搅拌速率、干燥温度等因素对沉淀白炭黑分散性及粒径的影响。实验结果表明:沉淀白炭黑的最佳制备工艺条件为:醇-水总体积50 mL,醇水比1∶1,氨水用量10 mL,加入十二烷基苯磺酸钠,SiCl4滴加速率1 mL/min,搅拌速率200 r/min,干燥温度100℃;IR、XRD、SEM等表征表明:产品为无定形二氧化硅,粒径较小,分散较好。
以多晶硅副產物四氯化硅為原料,氨水為中和劑,十二烷基苯磺痠鈉等為錶麵活性劑,在醇-水體繫中製備沉澱白炭黑,研究瞭醇水比、氨水用量、錶麵活性劑的種類、SiCl4滴加速率、攪拌速率、榦燥溫度等因素對沉澱白炭黑分散性及粒徑的影響。實驗結果錶明:沉澱白炭黑的最佳製備工藝條件為:醇-水總體積50 mL,醇水比1∶1,氨水用量10 mL,加入十二烷基苯磺痠鈉,SiCl4滴加速率1 mL/min,攪拌速率200 r/min,榦燥溫度100℃;IR、XRD、SEM等錶徵錶明:產品為無定形二氧化硅,粒徑較小,分散較好。

In this study,the precipitated silica was prepared in an alcohol-water system by using silicon tetrachloride as the raw materials.Effects of ethanol/water ratios,ammonia dosage,surfactant species,SiCl4 dropping speed,stirring rate and other factors on precipitated silica dispersion and particle size were investigted.The results showd the optimal synthesis conditions of precipitated silica are as follows:the total volume of ethanol-water of 50 mL,ethanol/water ratios of 1∶1,ammonia dosage of 10 mL, SDBS was added,SiCl4 dropping speed of 1 mL/min,stirring rate of 200 r/min,drying temperature of 100 ℃.Under these conditions,the product was smaller particle size and dispersed well.
