本试验旨在研究酵母培养物对土杂鸡生产性能及营养物质代谢率的影响,试验选择28日龄健康、体重相近的土杂鸡200只,随机分为5组,设1个对照组,饲喂基础日粮,其余4个为试验组(Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ组),在基础日粮中分别添加0.15%、0.20%、0.25%、0.30%的酵母培养物。结果表明:与对照组相比,各酵母培养物组肉鸡的平均日增体质量和平均日采食量均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);试验Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ组的料重比均显著低于对照组(P<0.05),其中试验Ⅱ组的最低;与对照组相比,所有试验组粗蛋白质(CP)代谢率均明显提高(P﹤0.01);粗脂肪(EE)代谢率有提高趋势,但差异不显著(P>0.05);试验I、Ⅱ组的钙、磷代谢率明显提高(P<0.05);试验Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ组的表观代谢率(ME)显著提高(P<0.05),且试验Ⅱ的最高。结论:综合分析,本试验在土杂鸡日粮中酵母培养物的适宜添加量为0.2%。

본시험지재연구효모배양물대토잡계생산성능급영양물질대사솔적영향,시험선택28일령건강、체중상근적토잡계200지,수궤분위5조,설1개대조조,사위기출일량,기여4개위시험조(Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ조),재기출일량중분별첨가0.15%、0.20%、0.25%、0.30%적효모배양물。결과표명:여대조조상비,각효모배양물조육계적평균일증체질량화평균일채식량균현저고우대조조(P<0.05);시험Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ조적료중비균현저저우대조조(P<0.05),기중시험Ⅱ조적최저;여대조조상비,소유시험조조단백질(CP)대사솔균명현제고(P﹤0.01);조지방(EE)대사솔유제고추세,단차이불현저(P>0.05);시험I、Ⅱ조적개、린대사솔명현제고(P<0.05);시험Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ조적표관대사솔(ME)현저제고(P<0.05),차시험Ⅱ적최고。결론:종합분석,본시험재토잡계일량중효모배양물적괄의첨가량위0.2%。
The aim of this research was to evaluate the effects of yeast culture on the growth performance and nutrient metabolic rates of local chicken.Two hundred 28-day-old local chickens were randomly divided into 5 groups.The experiment lasted for 28 days.The chickens in the control group were only fed with a basal diet. Four treatments including I,II,III and IV were fed with a basal diet supplemented with 0.15%,0.2%,0.25%and 0.3%yeast culture, respectively.The results showed that both the average daily gain (G) and feed (F) intake in experimental groups (groups I-IV) were significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the F/G in groups II,III and IV were significantly decreased (P<0.05).Yeast culture in groups II,III and IV significantly enhanced the nutrient metabolic rates of crude protein and AME (P<0.05),and there was an increasing tendency in metabolic rates of crude fat in experimental groups as well.There was no significant difference in crude fat (P<0.05).The apparent metabolic rates of Ca and P significantly increased in groups I and II (P<0.05).In conclusion, supplementation of yeast culture could enhance nutrient metabolic rates,and then improved the growth performance of local chicken.The appropriate supplementation amount of yeast culture is 0.2%.
