本文提出基于机器视觉图像检测的方法,它采用TI公司达芬奇系列的DSP TMS320DM6446(简称DM6446),设计LCD偏光片贴附缺陷检测的嵌入式系统,充分发挥ARM-DSP双核处理器的优势,采用CPLD+双SRAM,实现图像数据的采集与DSP对数据的处理并行操作。实验表明,该系统能取代传统人工目测、提高LCD偏光片贴附缺陷检测的自动化程度,实现非接触式的自动化检测。

The method is based on machine vision image detection is proposed in this paper.It uses TI DSP of Davinci TMS320DM6446(DM6446), designs the embedded system of LCD polarizer attached defect detection.It can make good use of the advantage of ARM-DSP with dual-core processor. After combining CPLD and double SRAM,they can realize paral el operation about the acquisition of image data and its processing of DSP.Experimental results show that the system can replace the traditional manual eyebal ing and improve the degree of automation of LCD polarizer attached defect detection. It realizes automatic detection of the non-contact type.
