笔者认为在现今的普通住宅中，多数住宅并未进行符合老年人居住的设计。故而随着时间的推移，居住者年纪增长，需要根据老人的生理、心理变化，对住宅进行逐步地改善改进。使之适应自理老人，介助老人的居家养老。
필자인위재현금적보통주택중，다수주택병미진행부합노년인거주적설계。고이수착시간적추이，거주자년기증장，수요근거노인적생리、심리변화，대주택진행축보지개선개진。사지괄응자리노인，개조노인적거가양로。
The author thinks that in today's general residential, most of the houses do not conform to the design of the elderly people. So as time goes on, older residents need to gradual y i-mprove the housing improvement bases on their physical, psy-chological change so as to adapt to the home-based care of sel-f-care and device-aided for the aged.
