采用MAGMAsoft模拟软件,对材质为ASTM A 2770-40的矿机机架进行了不同方案的热处理工艺模拟。结果表明,模拟结果与实际生产得到的性能结果相基本吻合,该材质在正火910~950℃、回火595~635℃范围内进行热处理,模拟组织均为珠光体;正火工艺参数一定的条件下,回火温度是影响该材质性能的主要因素。

Different heat treatment processes of mine machine frame with material ASTM A 27 70-40 have been simulated by using MAGMAsoft simulation tools. The result showed that: obtained similar results between simulation and actual production performance, and during heat treatment with normalizing range of 910~950℃and tempering range of 595~635℃, the simulated organizations were pearlite;under the certain conditions of Normalizing process parameters, the tempering temperature was the main factor to affect the material properties.
