研究了灰铸铁化学成分和弹性模量E0的大量有关数据,采用数理统计和回归分析方法详细分析了化学成分和弹性模量之间的关系,通过大量计算,得到了化学成分与弹性模量之间的三元回归方程。采用上述公式对有关试验数据进行计算,求出弹性模量的计算值,并与实际值进行比较,得到各个公式计算精度。结果指出,三元回归方程的精度为96%。

The test dadum of an elastic modulus and chemical composition of grey cast iron have been researched. The relationship between grey iron chemical composition and an elastic modulus has been analyzed in detail by using mathematicai statistic and regression. The three element regression equation between the chemical composition and an elastic modulus of grey iron has been obtained after a lot of calculation. On the test data calculated with this formula, calculating value of an elastic modulus has been found and calculating accuracy of the formula obtained after comparing with test dadum. The result showd that accuracy calculated by the three element regression equation was 96%.
