通过分析客观结构化临床考试（objective structured clinical examination，OSCE）在国内医学生考核中的实施现状、成效和遇到的问题，进一步提出应从优化站点设置、统一标准化病人（standardized patients，SP）的选拔和培训，完善评价内容和主体等方面提高OSCE的运行效果。
通過分析客觀結構化臨床攷試（objective structured clinical examination，OSCE）在國內醫學生攷覈中的實施現狀、成效和遇到的問題，進一步提齣應從優化站點設置、統一標準化病人（standardized patients，SP）的選拔和培訓，完善評價內容和主體等方麵提高OSCE的運行效果。
통과분석객관결구화림상고시（objective structured clinical examination，OSCE）재국내의학생고핵중적실시현상、성효화우도적문제，진일보제출응종우화참점설치、통일표준화병인（standardized patients，SP）적선발화배훈，완선평개내용화주체등방면제고OSCE적운행효과。
In this paper,we analyzed the current status of objective structured clinical exam-ination (OSCE) in the assessment of the domestic medical students, the results achieved and the problems encountered. Meanwhile,we proposed that we can optimize the station,unify SP selection and training and improve the evaluation content and subject in order to enhance the operating effect of OSCE.
