通过对高锰钢夹钩座铸造缺陷产生的原因进行分析并进行工艺改进,逐步消除了高锰钢夹钩座的铸造缺陷,提高了铸件的外观质量,同时,降低了材料消耗,减轻了铸件清理过程中的劳动强度,提高了生产效率。
通過對高錳鋼夾鉤座鑄造缺陷產生的原因進行分析併進行工藝改進,逐步消除瞭高錳鋼夾鉤座的鑄造缺陷,提高瞭鑄件的外觀質量,同時,降低瞭材料消耗,減輕瞭鑄件清理過程中的勞動彊度,提高瞭生產效率。

Through analysing the casting defects of the clip hook seat of high manganese steel and optimizing process, the casting defects of the clip hook seat of high manganese steel have been gradually eliminated, hence improved appearance quality of castings while reduced consumption of materials and the labor intensity of cleaning for castings as well as improved production efficiency have also been achieved.
