以年产3万t压缩机主副轴承汽缸座铸件的车间为对象,针对铸造生产是采用中频感应电炉的单一熔炼方式,从铸件的工艺技术要求、炉料情况、合金价格等方面进行综合对比,认为合理使用高锰生铁硅钢片工艺,既能稳定铁液质量,又能降低熔化运行成本。
以年產3萬t壓縮機主副軸承汽缸座鑄件的車間為對象,針對鑄造生產是採用中頻感應電爐的單一鎔煉方式,從鑄件的工藝技術要求、爐料情況、閤金價格等方麵進行綜閤對比,認為閤理使用高錳生鐵硅鋼片工藝,既能穩定鐵液質量,又能降低鎔化運行成本。

Synthesized contrast among aspects as technology specifications, charging, alloy cost of the casting of the cylinder seat of main and secondary bearings of a compressor produced in foundry workshop with medium frequency induction furnace and annual output of 30 000 tons has resulted in that stable quility of melted iron with lowering melting cost would be obtained with technology of reasonable use of high Mn pig iron with silicon steel chips.
