以对黑胫病表现不同抗性的3个烟草品种为试验材料,通过盆栽烟苗接种黑胫病原同时施用生防菌LL,并以各自只接病原作为对照,来测定分析不同移栽时间内烟株内源激素的含量和变化情况,探究该生防菌对烟草抗病性的影响。结果表明,3个品种的IAA、 GA、 CTK含量在前期均显著低于相应对照,后期差异则不明显,且IAA、 GA、 CTK含量始终表现为高抗品种<中抗品种<感病品种。而ABA含量变化刚好相反,3个品种的ABA含量前期均显著高于相应对照,后期差异不明显, ABA的含量表现为高抗品种>中抗品种>感病品种。可见,该生防菌可以通过调节烟株叶片内的内源激素含量来提高烟株的抗病性。

Taking three tobacco cultivars with different resistance to black shank as experimental materials , potted tobacco seedlings were inoculated the pathogen of tobacco black shank and applied bio -control bacteria .Using in-oculating pathogen group as control , the contents and variations of endogenous hormones at different transplanting time were determined to find out the effect of the bacteria on tobacco disease resistance.The results showed that:the contents of indoleacetic acid (IAA), gibberellic acid (GA) and cytokinin (CTK) of three cultivars were ob-viously lower than that of the corresponding control in the early , but not obvious in the later , and the contents of IAA, GA and CTK were always in order of high resistant cultivar <resistant cultivar<susceptible cultivar .On the contrary, the content of abscisic acid ( ABA) was obviously higher than that of the corresponding control in the early, but not obvious in the later too .ABA content was in order of high resistant cultivar >resistant cultivar>sus-ceptible cultivar .So, the bio-bacterial bacteria can adjust endogenous hormone contents in leaves to improve to-bacco disease resistance .
