通过检索国内外近10年烟草转基因研究的相关文献,建立了转基因烟草常用转化遗传元件的数据库,统计了每个遗传元件及组合元件的使用频率后,发现利用7种遗传元件,包括:启动子P-35S、标记基因NPT II、HPT、Bar和aadA、报告基因GUS及终止子T-NOS作为靶标元件组合,能使目前烟草转基因事件的理论筛查率达到100%,从而构建出转基因烟草的优化筛查策略。
通過檢索國內外近10年煙草轉基因研究的相關文獻,建立瞭轉基因煙草常用轉化遺傳元件的數據庫,統計瞭每箇遺傳元件及組閤元件的使用頻率後,髮現利用7種遺傳元件,包括:啟動子P-35S、標記基因NPT II、HPT、Bar和aadA、報告基因GUS及終止子T-NOS作為靶標元件組閤,能使目前煙草轉基因事件的理論篩查率達到100%,從而構建齣轉基因煙草的優化篩查策略。

A transgenic tobacco database of routine genetic elements was established based on literature review of transgenic tobacco research in the last 10 years. Genetic elements that were commonly used in transgenic tobacco research were screened to reveal frequency of individual and combination of genetic elements. A combination of P-35S promoter, NPT II/HPT/Bar/aadA selective marker genes, GUS reporter gene and T-NOS terminator as screening target elements can make screening rate of transgenic tobacco reach 100%in theory. Thus, an optimized screening strategy for transgenic tobacco is being laid out.
