采用元素分析法测定总硫含量。有机和无机硫化物标样的测定结果与理论值偏差小于1%,在烟叶中的加标回收率为95.3%~98.9%,烟叶及卷烟中的测定结果RSD为0.11%~2.22%。表明该方法具有良好的准确度,可用于烟草及烟草制品中总硫含量的测定。

Elemental analysis was developed to determine sulfur content. Results showed that organic and inorganic standard samples produce values very close to theoretical values, with deviation less than 1%. Standard recovery rate ranged from 95.3%to 98.9%, RSD ranged from 0.11%to 2.22%. The elemental analysis method was accurate and suitable for the determination of sulfur in tobacco and tobacco products.
