液压导管及连接件的弯曲疲劳寿命的长短直接影响到整个飞机的安全，疲劳破坏被称为飞机安全的“杀手”，是航空领域非常关注的一个问题。为了准确测验出飞机液压导管及连接件弯曲疲劳寿命，根据航空部有关标准，在参考目前国内外其他类型弯曲疲劳试验台的基础上，我们为某研究所设计了一套包含液压系统、振动台、力加载装置、计算机控制等在内的一套自动化程度非常高的测试系统。该系统能同时对6个带内压的试件进行弯曲疲劳寿命试验，并具有压力告警、采集、存储、显示及故障报警功能。提高了试验效率，为同类产品的设计起到了一个引领作用。

The life of flexural fatigue of hydraulic pipe and connector has a direct bearing on the safety of aircraft .Fatigue failure is called the "killer" of aircraft safety ,a much-concerned problem in the aviation field .To accurately detect the life of flexural fatigue of hydraulic pipe and connector ,we designed a set of highly automatic test system including hydraulic system ,vibrostand ,force-loading device ,and computer control for a research institute on the basis of other types of flexural fatigue test beds at home and abroad . The system can carry out flexural fatigue life test on six test pieces with internal pressure at the same time ,and is equipped with functions such as pressure alarming ,collection ,storage ,display ,and failure a-larm .The system can enhance test efficiency ,and serves as an usher in the design of similar products .
