At present, in order to strengthen the training of college counselor’s microblog application ability, we should strengthen their microblog application consciousness, improve their microblog writing skills, enhance their ability of information processing, create different kinds of microblog group, improve the microblog management system and build a triune training mechanism which includes national training, base training and school-based training.
