目的:研究益肠平对溃疡性结肠炎小鼠结肠通透性增高的预防作用并初步探讨其机制。方法采用2.5%葡聚糖硫酸钠定量灌胃诱导小鼠溃疡性结肠炎(U C )。小鼠随机分为正常对照组、模型对照组、柳氮磺吡啶组及益肠平高、中、低剂量组,测定各组小鼠结肠损伤大体评分(M ACN )、结肠通透性、结肠组织丙二醛(MDA )、超氧化歧化酶(SOD)及诱导型一氧化氮合酶(iNOS)。分析结肠通透性与上述指标的相关性。结果与模型对照组比较,益肠平能降低UC小鼠M ACN、结肠组织MDA及iNOS ,升高结肠组织SOD ,降低结肠通透性,并呈剂量依赖性。UC小鼠结肠通透性改变与MACN、MDA、SOD、iNOS密切相关。结论益肠平对 UC小鼠结肠通透性增高有良好的预防作用,其机制可能与其降低UC小鼠结肠自由基及结肠通透性有关。

목적:연구익장평대궤양성결장염소서결장통투성증고적예방작용병초보탐토기궤제。방법채용2.5%포취당류산납정량관위유도소서궤양성결장염(U C )。소서수궤분위정상대조조、모형대조조、류담광필정조급익장평고、중、저제량조,측정각조소서결장손상대체평분(M ACN )、결장통투성、결장조직병이철(MDA )、초양화기화매(SOD)급유도형일양화담합매(iNOS)。분석결장통투성여상술지표적상관성。결과여모형대조조비교,익장평능강저UC소서M ACN、결장조직MDA급iNOS ,승고결장조직SOD ,강저결장통투성,병정제량의뢰성。UC소서결장통투성개변여MACN、MDA、SOD、iNOS밀절상관。결론익장평대 UC소서결장통투성증고유량호적예방작용,기궤제가능여기강저UC소서결장자유기급결장통투성유관。
Objective To investigate the preventive effect of "Yi Chang Ping"on the colonic per-meability in ulcerative colitis in mice and the mechanism was primarily discussed . Methods Colitis was induced by intragastric administration of 2 .5% dextran sulfate sodium . Mice were divided into six groups randomly :normal control group ,model control group ,sulfasalazine control group ,and large ,medium and low dosage treated groups . The macroscopic assessment of colonic damage (MACN) ,colonic permeabili-ty ,activities of malondialdehyde ,superoxide dismutase in colonic tissues and inducible nitric oxide synthase were performed . The correlations of these indexes were analysised . Results Compared with the model contronl group ,MACN ,MDA ,iNOS and colonic permeablilty in colonic tissues was significant decreased and SOD in colonic tissues significant increased in “Yi Chang Ping” treated groups . The improvements of above-mentioned parameters were dose dependent . There were good correlations between the colonic per-meability and MACN ,MDA ,iNOS ,SOD . Conclusion “Yi Chang Ping” has good preventive effect on colonic permeability of the UC mice . Its mechanism may be involved in the reduction of oxygen free radi-cal and colonic permeabilty .
