目的:观察血栓心脉宁对脑缺血再灌注损伤大鼠脑组织中血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)表达的影响。方法 SD大鼠随机分为假手术组、模型组和实验组。线栓法制作大鼠大脑中动脉脑缺血再灌注模型,实验组于造模前每日灌胃给药1次(800 mg/kg ),连续6 d。于缺血1 h再灌注24 h后断头取脑,免疫组织化学法和半定量PCR法检测缺血区脑组织中VEGF的表达。结果与模型组比较,实验组大鼠脑组织中VEGF的表达水平明显增高,差别有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论血栓心脉宁的脑保护作用机制可能与促进VEGF的表达有关。

목적:관찰혈전심맥저대뇌결혈재관주손상대서뇌조직중혈관내피생장인자(VEGF)표체적영향。방법 SD대서수궤분위가수술조、모형조화실험조。선전법제작대서대뇌중동맥뇌결혈재관주모형,실험조우조모전매일관위급약1차(800 mg/kg ),련속6 d。우결혈1 h재관주24 h후단두취뇌,면역조직화학법화반정량PCR법검측결혈구뇌조직중VEGF적표체。결과여모형조비교,실험조대서뇌조직중VEGF적표체수평명현증고,차별유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론혈전심맥저적뇌보호작용궤제가능여촉진VEGF적표체유관。
Objective To investigate the effect of Xueshuan Xinmaining on the expression of vas-cular endothelial growth factor (VEGF)in rats with focal cerebral ischemia-reperfusion . Method Rats were randomly assigned into three groups :sham operation group (sham group) ,focal cerebral ischemia-reperfusion group(model group) and Xueshuan Xinmaining group (test group) . Before making a model , the rats in the test group were lavaged with Xueshuan Xinmaining 800 mg/kg ,once a day for 6 consecutive days . The middle cerebral artery occlusion reperfusion model was made by the suture method (ischemia for 1 hours ,and reperfusion for 24 hours) . The level of VEGF expression were measured by immunohis-tochemistry and PCR . Results The expression of VEGF in the rats of test group was higher than that in model group(P<0 .05) . Conclusion Xueshuan Xinmaining can relieve the brain damage partly by en-hancing VEGF synthesis in brain .
