随着国内外水利事业的快速发展，水利工程的自动化水平不断提高，集监视、测量、控制、保护、管理于一体的泵站计算机监控系统得到了广泛的应用。本文以南京浦口新城泵站工程项目为背景，该工程项目的监控系统应用先进的工业控制计算机、可编程逻辑控制器、工业自动化组态、电力电子控制以及网络通信等技术，能实现自动控制并具有自动故障应急处理的能力。

With the rapid development of domestic and overseas water conservancy,water engineering automation level is con-tinuously improved and pumping station computer monitoring system is widely used.The computer monitoring system is com-bined with monitoring,measurement,control,protection,management and other functions.This article takes pumping sta-tions project of Nanjing Pukou New City as the background.The monitoring system of this project uses the techniques of in-dustrial control computer,programmable logic controller,industrial automation configuration,power electronics control and network communication.This system realizes the automatic control and has the capabilities of emergency handling.
