试验采用超声波法分别用5种不同极性的溶剂对唐古特红景天(Rhodiola tangutica)化学成分进行提取,经毛细管气相色谱-质谱联用法(GC-MS)分离鉴定,按峰面积归一化法计算其相对含量,并测定其红景天苷的含量.结果表明:试验共鉴定出64种成分,主要为醇类(24.58%)、黄酮类(8.96%)、有机酸类(8.45%)、酯类(5.71%)和烷烃类(14.78%),其中相对含量较高的成分有己醇(7.34%)、丁醇(4.57%)、2-丁酮(1.79%)、3-甲基-2-(H)-呋喃酮(1.87%)、二十四基乙酸(1.77%)、1,2-苯二羟酸异辛酯(0.97%)、十三烷(2.43%)、十一烷(2.47%)等.经测定大花红景天中红景天苷含量为0.92%,唐古特红景天中红景天苷的含量为1.13%,表明唐古特红景天中红景天苷含量高于大花红景天中红景天苷的含量.

This study describes the extraction procedure of chemical components from Rhodiolatangu-tica by 5 different solvents using the ultrasonic method.The extractions were isolated and identified by GC-MS,and their contents were determined by using peak area normalization.The results were as follows:64 compounds were identified,including various alcohols (24.58%),flavonoids (8.96%),organic acids (8.45%),esters (5.71%)and alkanes (14.78%).More specifically,major compounds were hexanol (7.34%),butanol (4.57%),2-butanone (1.79%),1-methyl-2-(H)-furanone (1.87%),tetracosyl ethanoic acid (1.77%),isooctyl 1,2-dihydroxybenzoate (0.97%),tridecane (2.43%),undecane (2.47%),etc.The salidroside content of Rhodiolacrenulata was 0.92%,The salidroside content of RhodiolaTangutica was 1 .1 3%.The salidroside content of Rhodiola Tangutica was higher than that of Rhodiola crenulata.
