目的:研究乳腺癌中HDC4基因蛋白的表达及其临床病理学意义。方法:实验共选取91例乳腺组织的存档蜡块标本,其中包括46例乳腺癌、26例导管内原位癌(DCIS)以及19例正常宫颈上皮组织。应用免疫组织化学(SP法)检测HDC4蛋白在上述组织中的表达,并分析其蛋白检测的临床病理学意义。结果:与正常乳腺组织(15.8%,3/19)相比,HDC4蛋白在DCIS和乳腺癌组织中表达率明显增高,分别达46.2%(12/26)和71.7%(33/46),强阳性表达率在DCIS和乳腺癌组织中分别达19.2%(5/26)和45.6%(21/46),也明显高于正常乳腺组织,差异显著(p<0.01)。结论:HDC4蛋白表达可作为女性乳腺癌及原位癌DCIS的病理辅助诊断指标之一,可能有助于乳腺癌的诊断及预后评估。

Objective:To study the expression of HDC4 gene pro-tein in breast carcinoma and its significance of clinical pathology. Method: The experiment selected 91 cases of paraffin block specimens of breast tissue, including 46 cases of breast carcino-ma, 26 cases of ductal carcinoma in situ (DCIS), and 19 cases of normal cervical epithelial tissue. It used immunohistochemistry (SP method) to test the expression of HDC4 protein in the above tissues, and analyzed the significance of clinical pathology in the protein testing. Result: Compared with normal breast tissues (15.8%, 3/19), the expression rates of HDC4 protein in DCIS and breast carcinoma significantly increase, respectively reaching 46.2% (12/26) and 71.7% (33/46), and the strong positive ex-pression rates in DCIS and breast carcinoma reach 19.2%(5/26) and 45.6% (21/46) respectively, also significantly higher than that of normal breast tissues, and the difference is significant (p<0.01). Conclusion:The excessive expression of HDC4 protein can be one of the indicators assisting the diagnosis of breast car-cinoma and DCIS, and may be helpful for the diagnosis and prognosis evaluation of breast carcinoma.
