通过发病情况调查、临床症状观察、病理学检查及 AGP 和 PCR 诊断技术,对甘肃省康乐县某鸡场散养育成‘青脚麻鸡’群发生的疑似马立克病进行了诊断和病理学研究。结果表明:鸡群生长到8周龄开始发病、死亡,表现出典型的马立克病临床症状;病理剖检主要表现为除肺脏外大部分内脏实质器官产生大小不等形状不规则的肿瘤结节;病理组织学变化为各组织器官可见弥漫性的淋巴细胞浸润,但肿瘤细胞的异形性不明显;AGP试验为阳性;特异性PCR检测扩增出约804 bp的特异性meq基因片段,符合预期的片段大小。应用上述诊断技术确诊该鸡场‘青脚麻鸡’群暴发的是急性内脏型马立克病。
通過髮病情況調查、臨床癥狀觀察、病理學檢查及 AGP 和 PCR 診斷技術,對甘肅省康樂縣某鷄場散養育成‘青腳痳鷄’群髮生的疑似馬立剋病進行瞭診斷和病理學研究。結果錶明:鷄群生長到8週齡開始髮病、死亡,錶現齣典型的馬立剋病臨床癥狀;病理剖檢主要錶現為除肺髒外大部分內髒實質器官產生大小不等形狀不規則的腫瘤結節;病理組織學變化為各組織器官可見瀰漫性的淋巴細胞浸潤,但腫瘤細胞的異形性不明顯;AGP試驗為暘性;特異性PCR檢測擴增齣約804 bp的特異性meq基因片段,符閤預期的片段大小。應用上述診斷技術確診該鷄場‘青腳痳鷄’群暴髮的是急性內髒型馬立剋病。

In order to diagnose and pathological study of suspected of MD in the ‘green feet rearing chicken’backyard type in Kangle County of Gansu Provice,the sick chickens were studied by investigating the incidence,clinical observation,pathological examination and PCR diagnostic techniques.The results showed that chickens died morbidity,mortality when they grown to 8 weeks of age,and showed a typical clinical symptoms;the main manifestations of pathological examination was that most of solid organ except the lungs produces most visceral sizes irregularly shaped tumor nodules;histopathological changes of the tissues were that the organs had diffuse lymphocytic infiltration,but the tumor cell atypia was not obvious;AGP test was positive;the result of PCR showed that the amplified gene fragment of about 804 bp specific meq was the same with the expected fragment size.The application of the above diagnosis confirmed that the farm outbreak was acute visceral MD.
