民用航空发动机的燃/滑油换热系统,对于发动机滑油系统及发动机的正常工作至关重要。利用Flow Simu-link软件,对某型发动机燃/滑油热交换系统进行建模,计算得到滑油系统回油路的温度值。与发动机地面台架运行工况、机上地面运行工况、飞行工况下的滑油温度测量值进行的对比和误差分析表明,燃/滑油热分析模型计算结果准确。在发动机各个运行工况,尤其是高温恶劣环境下,滑油系统的最大温度低于限制值,该型发动机滑油换热系统设计合理。

The fuel an d oil heat exchange system is important for the normal operation of civil engine and engine oil system. A fuel/oil heat exchange model was built using Flow Simulink software to calculate oil scavenge temperatures at different conditions. The comparison and error analysis between calculated and measured results in engine rig test, engine on-board test and flight test were completed. It is verified that the calculation results of fuel/oil heat exchange model are accurate for all engine operation; especially un-der extreme heat ambient condition, oil temperatures are lower than limitation, indicating that the design of civil engine fuel and oil heat exchange system is acceptable.
