基于Fluent多相流模型,采用理论计算与数值模拟相结合的方法,对圆环滑油箱结构集成设计进行了分析。分析过程中,考虑了不同飞行姿态和过载条件对性能的影响,得到了油面角、内部流场、高度-油量公式和气液分离效率曲线,并对滑油箱结构提出了优化方案。研究表明:采用数值模拟方法进行滑油箱结构集成研究简单有效,对比优化前后数值模拟结果,可定量分析结构对工作性能的影响。本文研究方法可为其它类型滑油箱设计和优化参考。

Based on multiphase model of Fluent, the integrated design of oil tank was analyzed theoretical-ly and numerically. In the analysis,the effects of different flight attitudes and overloads on performance were considered. The angle of oil level, interior flow field, height-oil quality formula and separation efficien-cy were obtained and optimized scheme of oil tank construction was proposed. The research results show that using numerical investigation for integrated design of oil tank is simple and useful. Based on the com-parison analysis of the numerical results before and after optimization, the effect of different structural de-sign on performance could be quantitative analyzed. The investigation method will be referential for integrat-ed and optimized design of other oil tanks.
