采用有限元方法对GH536带孔平板试样的蠕变响应进行了数值模拟,以圆孔半径为尺寸参数,研究了不同圆孔半径试样的蠕变应力、蠕变应变分布及其随时间的变化。计算结果表明:圆孔半径对应力分布影响显著,圆孔半径越小,最大等效应力越大,最大等效应力随时间的松弛越明显,蠕变引起的应力重新分布越明显;对含局部应力集中部位结构进行持久强度储备和寿命分析时,必须考虑局部应力分布特性的影响。
採用有限元方法對GH536帶孔平闆試樣的蠕變響應進行瞭數值模擬,以圓孔半徑為呎吋參數,研究瞭不同圓孔半徑試樣的蠕變應力、蠕變應變分佈及其隨時間的變化。計算結果錶明:圓孔半徑對應力分佈影響顯著,圓孔半徑越小,最大等效應力越大,最大等效應力隨時間的鬆弛越明顯,蠕變引起的應力重新分佈越明顯;對含跼部應力集中部位結構進行持久彊度儲備和壽命分析時,必鬚攷慮跼部應力分佈特性的影響。

By adopting Norton model during FEM analysis, the creep response of plate specimens with vari-ous hole radius was simulated. Consequently, the stress and strain distribution and their histories were in-vestigated. The results show that radius of the hole holds strong influence on stress distribution. While radi-us of the hole is decreasing, the maximum equivalent stress is increasing, the creep relaxation is more obvi-ous, the stress distribution changes are more notable;local stress distribution and histories should be taken into account when the durability margin of safety and life of components with local stress concentration parts are assessed.
