目的:观察冠心宁注射液治疗脑出血后脑心综合征患者的有效性。方法:将62例脑出血后脑心综合征患者按是否使用冠心宁注射液而分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组(32例)采用常规治疗基础上加用冠心宁注射液治疗,对照组(30例)给予常规治疗,分析2组患者临床症状、心电图、血清心肌酶谱水平的变化及不良反应。结果:治疗组总有效率(84.38%)明显高于对照组(53.33%)(P<0.01);治疗组治疗后血清 AST、LDH、CK、MB 含量分别为(65.59±13.71)、(100.22±17.69)、(40.18±9.46)、(280.82±20.84)IU/L,对照组治疗后血清AST、LDH、CK、MB含量分别为(132.22±16.78)、(219.97±29.54)、(84.13±11.62)、(422.51±33.76)IU/L,治疗组治疗后血清心肌酶谱水平皆明显低于对照组(P<0.001);两组皆无明显负反应。结论:冠心宁注射液能改善脑出血后脑心综合征患者的临床症状,纠正其心电异常,下调其心肌酶谱水平。

목적:관찰관심저주사액치료뇌출혈후뇌심종합정환자적유효성。방법:장62례뇌출혈후뇌심종합정환자안시부사용관심저주사액이분위치료조화대조조,치료조(32례)채용상규치료기출상가용관심저주사액치료,대조조(30례)급여상규치료,분석2조환자림상증상、심전도、혈청심기매보수평적변화급불량반응。결과:치료조총유효솔(84.38%)명현고우대조조(53.33%)(P<0.01);치료조치료후혈청 AST、LDH、CK、MB 함량분별위(65.59±13.71)、(100.22±17.69)、(40.18±9.46)、(280.82±20.84)IU/L,대조조치료후혈청AST、LDH、CK、MB함량분별위(132.22±16.78)、(219.97±29.54)、(84.13±11.62)、(422.51±33.76)IU/L,치료조치료후혈청심기매보수평개명현저우대조조(P<0.001);량조개무명현부반응。결론:관심저주사액능개선뇌출혈후뇌심종합정환자적림상증상,규정기심전이상,하조기심기매보수평。
Objective:To observe the effectiveness of Guanxinning injection on cerebrocardiac syndrome (CCS) induced by cerebral hemorrhage. Methods: 62 cases of CCS induced by cerebral hemorrhage were divided into treatment group(32 cases) and control group(30 cases). The control group was given conventional treatment,while the treatment group given conventional treatment combined with Guanxinning injections. The clinical efficacy,ECG,serum myocardial enzyme and adverse reactions were analysed. Results: The total effective rate of the treatment group (84.38%)was was significantly higher than that of the control group (53.33%)(P<0.01).The serum AST, LDH,CK, and MB content were (65.59 ± 13.71)、(100.22 ± 17.69)、(40.18 ± 9.46)、(280.82 ± 20.84 )IU/L respectively in treatment group,and (132.22 ± 16.78)、(219.97 ± 29.54)、(84.13 ± 11.62)、(422.51 ± 33.76)IU/L respectively in control group;the treatment group was significantly lower (P<0.001).The two groups had no significant adverse reaction. Conclusion: Guanxinning Injections can improve the clinical symptoms,correct the cardiac electrical abnormalities, and reduce the myocardial enzyme level of CCS induced by cerebral hemorrhage.
