目的：研究双花解毒合剂的质量控制方法，提高其质量标准。方法：采用薄层色谱法对制剂中的金银花、黄芩进行定性鉴别；采用高效液相色谱法对制剂中的有效成分黄芩苷进行含量测定。结果：薄层色谱鉴别的色谱斑点清晰、阴性对照无干扰；黄芩苷质量0.0282～1.128μg有良好的线性范围，r=0.9996，平均加样回收率（n=5）为99.72%，RSD=0.94%。结论：本文建立方法准确可靠、灵敏度高、专属性强，可有效控制双花解毒合剂的质量。

Objective:To study the quality control of the double flowers detoxifying mixture.Methods:Lonicerae Japonica Flos and Scutellariae Radix in the mixture were qualitatively identified by TLC. The effective constituent baicalin in the preparation was determined by HPLC as the index. Results:The developed TLC spots were clear and without interference of negative sample. The linear range of baicalin was 0.0282~1.128μg, r=0.9996. The average recovery rate was 99.72%, and RSD was 0.94%. Conclusion:This method is proved to be reliable, accurate, specific and reproducible. It can be used for the quality control of the double flower detoxifying mixture.
