培育规模化、集约化、高效率、可持续的新型农业生产经营模式，是发展现代农业、实现农业转型升级的重要举措。描述了新型农业生产经营模式的本质特征：即农业生产规模化、生产要素集约化、技术应用广泛化、产业体系一体化和资源利用合理化；提出了技术变革、专业分工和农民分化是新型农业生产经营模式的发展动力；最后提出培育新型农业生产经营模式的基本原则：即符合国家粮食安全的战略需要；有利于农村家庭经营基本制度的稳定；切实保护农民的土地财产权益；与区域经济发展特征相适应；与农村全面深化改革相协调。

Culturing the new mode of agricultural production measured by scale ,intensiveness,efficiency, and sustainability is the key to developing modern agriculture and realizing agricultural transformation and up -grading.This paper described the main features of this new mode ,namely,scale,intensification,wide applica-tion of technology,the industrial system integration ,and reasonable utilization of resources .It also examined the causes for developing the new mode,which are technological change ,specialization,and differentiation of farm-ers.Besides,it proposed that the new agricultural production mode is to abide by specific culture principles .It is expected to work in line with the national food security strategy ,benefit the rural household management system of basic stability,protect farmers'land property rights,be compatible with the characteristics of regional eco-nomic development,and adapt to the comprehensive reform in rural areas .
