为了应对GIS设备老化事故频发的现象,结合天生桥一级水电厂一起GIS液压系统中工作缸发生内漏事故,通过分析GIS液压系统的工作原理结合事故现象,逐步排除液压系统无法保压的原因,最终确定为断路器工作缸内二级阀破损造成内漏。GIS系统由于运行年限及使用次数的增多,内部部件的磨损逐步严重逐渐成为电厂、开关站的一项设备隐患。

In order to eliminate frequent faults in Tiansheng qiao-1 hydropower plant due to aged GIS equipments, taking a service cylinder inner leakage accident of GIS hydraulic system as example, the cause of the fault was deter-mined as the damage of secondary valve insider the cylinder through analyzing the working principle of GIS hydraulic system and gradually excluding the reasons for incapable pressure maintaining of GIS hydraulic system based on the fault phenomena. However, the wear degree of internal parts of GIS system becomes more and more serious which threats the safe operation of the hydropower plant and the switch station due to its service life and its operating times.
