“立德树人”是高等教育的根本任务，但目前思想政治教育践行“立德树人”价值观的动力不强。因此，应建立长效机制，提升思想政治教育意识；创建富有特色的思想政治教育模式，体现人文关怀；构建立体网络，全方位育人；净化网络环境，培养“网络红军”，以提升高校学生的幸福感，完成高等教育的根本任务。
“立德樹人”是高等教育的根本任務，但目前思想政治教育踐行“立德樹人”價值觀的動力不彊。因此，應建立長效機製，提升思想政治教育意識；創建富有特色的思想政治教育模式，體現人文關懷；構建立體網絡，全方位育人；淨化網絡環境，培養“網絡紅軍”，以提升高校學生的倖福感，完成高等教育的根本任務。
“립덕수인”시고등교육적근본임무，단목전사상정치교육천행“립덕수인”개치관적동력불강。인차，응건립장효궤제，제승사상정치교육의식；창건부유특색적사상정치교육모식，체현인문관부；구건입체망락，전방위육인；정화망락배경，배양“망락홍군”，이제승고교학생적행복감，완성고등교육적근본임무。
Adhering to people-oriented and fully implementing the party ’ s education policy ,we should put in the first place what kind of people we want to cultivate and how to cultivate them .Colleges and universities ’ ideological and political education regards “cultivate people as the foundation;ideological and political education as the priori-ty” as its center value .We should set up a long -term mechanism to improve the consciousness of ideological and political education and create a distinctive mode of ideological and political education ,which can embody humanis-tic care;We should build a three -dimensional network and comprehensive education;We should purify internet en-vironment and cultivate "Online Red Army",so that it could enhance the sense of happiness of college students and complete the essential task of higher education .
