土地利用结构的数量变化及空间差异是因地制宜地实施土地利用总体规划关注的核心内容。根据2005年和2010年2期coverage 格式的土地利用空间数据,运用地理信息系统( GIS)技术和相对变化率等方法分析了2005-2010年河南省土地利用结构的数量变化及空间差异。数量变化主要表现为:耕地和水域减少,城乡工矿居民用地和未利用地显著增加,而林地和草地变化不大。数量变化的空间差异主要表现为:一是从土地利用综合区来看,豫北区城乡工矿居民用地增幅最大、耕地减幅最大;豫西南区城乡工矿居民用地增幅最小、耕地减幅最小;中原城市群区的林地显著增加,而其余3个区出现不同程度的减少。二是从省辖市来看,鹤壁等市的城乡工矿居民用地增幅较大,而三门峡等市的增幅相对较小;郑州等市的耕地减幅较大,信阳等市减幅较小,洛阳和三门峡稍有增加;开封等5个市的林地显著增加,濮阳等13个市出现不同程度的减少。研究结果为《河南省土地利用总体规划(2006-2020年)》的实施提供了科学信息。

Changes in land use structure and their spatial differences are the focus of attention to implement integrat -ed land use plans.Based on spatial land use data of 2005 and 2010,quantitative changes in land use structure and their spatial differences in Henan province between 2005 and 2010 were analyzed in this paper ,exerting GIS tech-niques and land use relative change rate .The results showed that both cultivated land and water body decreased , that both built-up land and unused land increased significantly ,and that both forest land and grass land changed slightly .Spatial differences in quantitative changes indicated that: ( 1 ) at the scale of integrated land use zone , north henannorth Henan north Henan had the largest increase rate in built -up land and the largest decrease rate in cultivated land while southwestern Henan had the least increase rate in built -up land and the least decrease rate in cultivated land .The area of forest land increased dramatically in Central Plains Urban Community Zone while it de-creased differently in the rest 3 zones.(2) At the scale of municipality ,the increase rate of built -up land was lager in some municipalities ,such as Hebi and Xuchang , and it was smaller in other municipalities , such as Sanmenxia and Xinyang .The area of cultivated land increased slightly in Luoyang and Sanmenxia while it decreased differently in the rest 16 municipalities .The area of forest land increased differently in 5 municipalities including Kaifeng ,Luo-he,Xinxiang,Xuchang and Zhengzhou while it decreased variously in the rest 13 municipalities.These findings pro-vide valuable information for the implementation of Henan integrated land use plan (2006-2020).
