探明实际飞行包线内飞机油箱温度变化规律,可为飞机燃油箱可燃性评估及其惰化系统结构设计提供依据。本文用Matlab/Simulink建立了机翼燃油箱在外热源作用下的热交换模型,并通过对模型验证及计算结果分析,全面系统地探讨了实际飞行过程中气动加热、马赫数和太阳辐射强度等因素对机翼油箱边界温度的影响。研究结果表明:无论在实际飞行还是地面停机时,太阳辐射对机翼油箱边界温度的影响较大,在油箱热模型中是需要重点考虑的因素。

The change rule of the temperature in the fuel tank of aircrafts could provide the basis for the flammability assessment and the design of the on board inerting system .A heat transfer model of the wing fuel tank under the action of the external heat source is set up by Matlab /Simulink and verified, and then the model is employed to analyze the boundary temperature in the wing fuel tank affected by the aero -dynamic heating, Mach number, the intensity of solar radiation and other factors .The study results show that the solar radiation must be taken into consideration in the model owing to its great effect on the fuel temperature regardless of whether the aircraft is take-off, in the flight or down on the ground.
