本研究采用尿素氮测定仪对牛乳中尿素氮(简称乳尿素氮)进行测定,并对乳尿素氮与乳脂率、乳蛋白率和体细胞数等关系进行了分析。乳尿素氮在奶牛营养方面反映了奶牛个体摄入的蛋白和能量的平衡情况,并且与奶牛泌乳、繁殖性能以及氮的排泄等有很大关系。乳尿素氮的测定具有取样方便、对奶牛无应激、测定结果稳定等优点,已逐渐成为DHI项目中必不可少的一项。
本研究採用尿素氮測定儀對牛乳中尿素氮(簡稱乳尿素氮)進行測定,併對乳尿素氮與乳脂率、乳蛋白率和體細胞數等關繫進行瞭分析。乳尿素氮在奶牛營養方麵反映瞭奶牛箇體攝入的蛋白和能量的平衡情況,併且與奶牛泌乳、繁殖性能以及氮的排洩等有很大關繫。乳尿素氮的測定具有取樣方便、對奶牛無應激、測定結果穩定等優點,已逐漸成為DHI項目中必不可少的一項。
본연구채용뇨소담측정의대우유중뇨소담(간칭유뇨소담)진행측정,병대유뇨소담여유지솔、유단백솔화체세포수등관계진행료분석。유뇨소담재내우영양방면반영료내우개체섭입적단백화능량적평형정황,병차여내우비유、번식성능이급담적배설등유흔대관계。유뇨소담적측정구유취양방편、대내우무응격、측정결과은정등우점,이축점성위DHI항목중필불가소적일항。
To study the effect of urea nitrogen determination in the DHI, urea nitrogen was measured in milk with urea-nitrogen analyzer, and the relationship between the milk urea nitrogen and other composition was analyzed. The milk urea nitrogen relfected the protein ingestion and energy balance in dairy nutrition. The milk urea nitrogen has a great relationship with dairy milk production and reproductive performance as well as nitrogen metabolism. The urea nitrogen determination has many advantages, such as sampling convenient and no stress on dairy as well as stable measurement result. The urea nitrogen determination also can provide accurate data for dairy farm and becoming an essential item in the DHI system.
