为了满足对直流电流进行检测的同时实现对电流信号缩小的需要,设计了一款电流检测电路,采用CSMC 0.5μm 120 V BCD工艺。不同于传统电流检测电路,该电路直接对电流信号进行处理,输出具有较好的线性度,同时对输入信号基本无影响,并且电路结构较为简单,能够较好地满足IP核应用的需要。通过仿真验证以及流片、测试,证明该电路具有良好的功能性。文中同时给出该电路IP数据提取过程以及后续电路。

In order to detect the dc current, at the same time meet to the need for current signal to narrow, an electric current detection circuit is designed, fabricated by the CSMC 0.5μm 120 V BCD technology. Different from the traditional current detection circuit, the circuit directly to deal with current signal, its output has good linearity, and it has no effect of the input signal at the same time. This circuit structure is relatively simple. It can better meet the needs of the IP core application. The results through simulation and test show that the circuit has good function. At last the IP data extraction process and subsequent circuit is shown.
