针对散热片三种主要结构,即接合型散热装置、切削式散热装置、锻造式散热装置,以UG为平台,使用二次开发语言GRIP对其进行参数化建模。使设计人员可以在不同大小的仪器上进行装配。还可以根据加工要求进行片数及散热片薄厚尺寸的调整。节省了研发人员的设计周期,提高了工作效率。
針對散熱片三種主要結構,即接閤型散熱裝置、切削式散熱裝置、鍛造式散熱裝置,以UG為平檯,使用二次開髮語言GRIP對其進行參數化建模。使設計人員可以在不同大小的儀器上進行裝配。還可以根據加工要求進行片數及散熱片薄厚呎吋的調整。節省瞭研髮人員的設計週期,提高瞭工作效率。

Through a lot of practical summary,according to the heat sink three main structures,namely there are joint type radiating device,cutting type heat radiating device,forging type heat radiating device. On UG platform,two times the development of language GRIP are used for parameterizing modeling. So designers can differed in the size of the instrument assembly. In accordance with the requirements of number and fin thickness size adjustment can also be pro-cessed. R&D personnel of the design cycle is saved and work efficiency is improved.
