应用CCD测量激光参数时,干涉噪声会降低测量数据的精度,影响激光参数的准确性。为解决此问题,提出一种激光干涉光斑图像恢复方法:根据光斑空间分布特性,分析图像梯度信息,利用梯度信息将图像划分为若干区域,在各区域中重新分配高斯曲率与高阶微分的权重系数,建立高斯曲率与高阶微分融合去噪模型,去除干涉噪声恢复光斑图像。实验结果表明:该方法能够自适应地、快速地恢复干涉光斑图像,减小束宽测量误差35.6%,提高激光参数测量精度。

When measuring laser parameters by using CCD,the precision of data would be reduced by the interference noise and the accuracy of the laser parameters would be influenced. To solve this problem,in this paper,a kind of in-terference spot image restoration method was put forward. According to the spatial distribution features of spot,the im-age gradient information was analyzed and the image was divided into several regions by using the image gradient infor-mation,the weight of Gaussian curvature and higher order differential in different districts were redistributed and the de-noising model combining Gaussian curvature with high order differential was established. At last,the interference noise is removed and the spot image is recovered. The experimental results show that interference spot image is restored adaptively and quickly by the method, error is reduced by 35.6% in measuring beam width, the measurement accuracy of laser parameters is improved.
